Lovely hotel in a lovely setting.

The hotel is lovely and clean and room 6 was spacious with. Four poster bed and lovely big bath and seperate shower. The breakfast was really good and the waitress was excellent. All in all an enjoyable stay and would hesitate on going back.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting the Motorhome show at the NEC. Clean room and comfortable bed. There was a wedding in while we there and thought the celebrations might have kept us awake but we never heard a thing. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit salad. A Very Fine Hotel

This is a fine hotel, with very comfortable rooms and excellent staff who are all committed to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The food is excellent and very reasonable in terms of cost, given the quality. We enjoyed a couple of really pleasant evening meals, well presented and tasty. There was ample choice and a good variety of wines too. Breakfasts were outstanding and really set you up for the day. Again there was a fine selection to tempt all palates and service was prompt and friendly. The surroundings and general comfort within the hotel ensured the opportunity to relax and feel that you were having a real break. There was little or no noise (only the odd banging door from guests), but it was generally very peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of parking, so no hassles there either! Our room was large with a nice view over the gardens. Tea, coffee and water were provided and there is a fridge for cold drinks too. The beds were comfortable and we had loads of room. Rooms were serviced every day. The location of the hotel ensures easy access to local sites of interest plus local towns. You aren't very far from finding something to interest you. The weather could have been kinder but even this hotel, excellent though it is, couldn't do much about that! I simply cannot fault the service or the staff in any way. If you are searching for a good quality place in which to relax and enjoy a little peace and relaxation, this is definitely the place for you!

Only one small gripe....check out time, 10 am. I think this is too early, most hotels are 11am or even 12 noon. In addition I couldn't seem to find this information on hotels website.
