Lovely stay near to the Bullring shopping centre and only 8-10 minutes from Birmingham new street station. Very friendly and helpful staff and efficient check in. The room (a twin studio) was great. Well equipped kitchen area, lovely bathroom with walk in shower, comfy beds and all spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were comfortable It is a convenient distance from the coach station and the shopping area, but the area is very rough, and didn't always feel safe.
