"H10 is very well situated in the Grand Canal right by the Rialto Bridge. The hotel service was amazing and extremely helpful particularly when assisting with my daughter’s insulin medications. Additionally, after an unexpected tour cancellation to Verona (from an outside group), the concierge immediately assisted and were able to complete our day tour there. Can forget about the breakfast, it was delicious! If it is your first time in Venice, this is a must stay! "

"Overall a nice hotel for Venice in a quiet area. The rooms are nothing fancy (the linens and pillows could be improved) but overall we had a pleasant stay. Every employee was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was good. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Room looked over the railway station. We could hear the trains pass but they stopped later at night. Overall a lovely stay. Not too far from the airport or Getting into Venice using public transport. We love Venice! "

"Checkin was a breeze, in particular Michele and Chiara were so helpful in particular with assistance to the new Venice token system. This is a less stressful option in lieu of staying at Venice itself without the crowds. Trains are only a few Euros and flexible also when departing."

"Nice Venician property but we could not get a/c working so needed to leave windows open and tons of mosquitos came in. Wasnt able to sleep with the buzzing after an international trip it was hard."

"This hotel was wonderful! From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the staff are welcoming , very friendly and helpful . We were treated like royalty . We had a partial view room and it was still breath taking and beautiful. The facility was super clean as well . Gave us great restaurant recommendations. "The staff were very welcoming. Everyone spoke English with me which was great since I didn’t know nearly enough Italian to get by. The room was quaint. Not quite what I expected but very nice. The heat wasn’t working week but they had provided plenty of extra blankets. The view of the Rialto bridge and grand canal right outside my window was just perfect. Would highly recommend. "

"We took a private taxi and disembark at the entrance of the hotel. Our room had 3 floor to ceiling windows that opened to a courtyard, but had double shutters for quiet. The courtyard was next to a gondola stand, and though we’ve been to Venice before, we took a gondola ride for the first time this visit. The receptionists were all very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and we have no complaints. "
