We arrived from the airport by water taxi right to the front door of the hotel as it is located on the Grand Canal in the San Polo district. Check-in was efficient and hotel staff took care of our luggage. They serve an excellent buffet style breakfast with a wide variety of food both hot and cold. Our room was very comfortable, very clean and well stocked with amenities in the bathroom. All of the hotel staff spoke English and were very helpful with directions to points of interest as well as dinner reservations. A great hotel in a great location, highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

courteous and informative staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the service in the evening, the breakfast was extensive and delicious. We took a trip that was arranged by the concierge to the islands. We can’t say enough about the level of service that was offered at this quaint hotel. The location was ideal a very short walk from the Rialto Bridge.

Central hotel right on the Grande Canal with beautiful views across the water. Very peaceful setting but close to restaurants and bars etc. The staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The decor is interesting and very cool. Good breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again!
