Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was great —11 Euros Rooms quiet Quiet neighborhood Waterbus drops off directly in front Cons; Rooms are old/not renovated “Private” balcony—wall only divides 1/3 of balcony from neighbours Outlets/electrical out dated—could not have the AC on without a loud cracking noise coming from the other outlets plugged in.

This was a great location to St Mark’s Square. Farther from train station. Water taxi’s were on strike and we had a 50 min walk to train. It will cost between 60-80 euros for private water taxi from this location. The hotel staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel itself could use some updating. Rooms were hot, air condition barely worked and leaving windows open made us nervous a pigeon would get it.
