"Great location close to water bus station. Room was quite spacious. Breakfast was good and included. Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been but we were given a refund for the inconvenience."

"Our room was clean and overlooked the canal which was lovely. The rooftop patio wondered lovely views of Venice and was covered except if the breeze exceeded a certain amount. The property has an elevator which goes to Level 2 and we were only a short flight of stairs up to our room. Staff was welcoming and very nice to deal with during our stay."

The location in front of a quiet canal was perfect to enjoy an Apperol spritz or any of their signature drinks and relax for the evening. The rooms were beautiful.
