Perfect for families, friends and couples. We had a lovely double room with own toilet, there was no clenaings service available for 3 days stay but we didnt mind. The breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Just bring your own shampoo etc

The staff was helpful. The market was closed. No shuttle service to Venice even tho they were advertising it on their website. It’s a good 25 mins walk to the nearest bus stop, didn’t feel safe walking back to this place after sunset as it gets too dark on the streets and alleyways. No tv, kettle or iron services. Cleaners don’t clean your room. If you run out of toilet paper you have to go to the reception and get them. The room shakes when there are people in other rooms, freaked me out thinking it’s an earthquake!! No hot water during the night. You need to take two buses from the airport then 25 mins walk so it can take up to 1.5 hours. They don’t provide any toiletries. My room was two single beds but they had two single beds and a bunk bed that made the room look very cramped!!

The watercrane wasn't mixing the water. They promissed to change it but this didn't happend. They couldn't find a hairdryer for our hole stay - 3 days.The receptionist wasn't one of the kindest. Though the food was great.
