"All good nice stay helpful friendly staff I suggest you stop giving free water in glass bottles, not only is it expensive but also noisy in the early morning when the staff are moving crates of it around. Very noisy fortunately for us we were awake!"

"Unique property in great location. Sadly, my room was stuffy and poorly ventilated and no way to adjust temperature. Housekeeping brought me a rickety old fan that barely worked to mitigate. Not exactly what one would expect at a high end property. Staff were lovely. "

"The privilege twin room I booked was excellent in terms of amenities (ironing board and iron, kettle and tea stuff, fridge (complimentary water and Pepsis), Nespresso machine and capsules, bathrobes and slippers, and decor. The only critical comment I would say is that the room was very warm at night and the fridge was placed inside a cupboard and not ventilated so it was also overheated and contributed to the temperature in the room. I’m sure this can be easily remedied. Overall a great stay...

"Stayed for 1 night. First time we had been to Oxford. We got a taxi into the city but a bus is easy enough too. The hotel was charming and staff friendly. The pool and spa were very nice. Our room was very big and had a patio overlooking the green. Wonderful stay"

"The hotel is old but well maintained. The staff is absolutely amazing. So helpful!!!! The restaurant was delicious and not expensive. The area is safe with shops and train and bus within walking distance. Some trains were harder to come by - example: getting to Gatwick Airport was not easy , but trips to Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, and London were easy and pleasant. Room was nice and bed very comfortable. I stayed in superior queen. Would recommend "
