"Staff was not good they were looking for only those people who were ready to pay high even hotel room conditions was not good at all and we’re not properly organised "

"Lift wasn't working and I travelled with my aged parents so it got quite difficult...pool was filled with dirty water.... electricity was fluctuating throughout 3 days long stays...vehicle parking is also not safe, my car got terriblly scratched while parked in open outside their premises...I doubt someone from hotel staff may have done it since I had altercation with them about poor services that I received..overall it was a very pathetic experience "
