"We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was huge. We had a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking mountains and the golf course. The outdoor pool water was comfortably warm. Elements restaurant was a highlight. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious! We loved sitting on the patio for dinner. The service was excellent! My husband is blind and Wade, the assistant manager, went out of his way to help us with unloading and loading our car. When he found out we were on our honeymoon, he gave a complimentary small bottle of Prosecco and dessert. We highly recommend this resort. "
"Traveled with my 2 teens. Lobby is very inviting, staff were great, water jug available. Sadly was not able to get a hotels.com gold member upgrade, was advised they were fully booked.
Beds were comfortable, room was clean & spacious.
The mini fridge is smaller then the average mini fridge which is difficult when staying for 3 nights. The middle of the fridge did freeze some of our food; I'm not sure if this was an issue with this unit. (I did let them know upon checkout - hopefully will be fixed or a sign to warn the next occupant). One of the front feet were also missing so the fridge itself was unstable.
For the light sensitive sleepers, I found the room had minimal lights who h was nice. The alarm clock had 2 plugs & 2 USB plugs which I had never seen before - nice feature.
The gym is located by the pool area. It's a great area with full weight set, bench, and various cardio machines.
Pool is nice & clean, they could add some additional lounge chairs. Pool towels provided.
There is a lounge, food was quite good reasonably priced. You can order room service but there is no traditional hotel book in the room with instructions on how best to do this so we just went down to eat. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and gluten free buns for the burgers. Also has a coffee bar which offers Starbucks coffees and various drinks & quick food like chia pudding with berries, sandwiches etc.
We'd definitely stay here again. "
"There is not a thing wrong with The Dillworth Inn. Unfortunately, they are close to the center of Kelowna so there are some greasy people in the area, but that certainly isn't the Dillworth's fault. We will stay there again."
