"We were a little disappointed this time. The hotel has been undergoing renovations for years, which was a bit annoying when the pool and hot tub were not available last year. The room we got this year was again in the tower (687) however, the cupboards had something white sprayed all over them - and I mean everywhere, (they are wood color) the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were held up by green painters tape in the shower, the toilet paper holder was not properly affixed to the wall so the TP fell off of it of you weren't careful, the sliding mirror closet door was missing in the bedroom and one of the doors where the in suite laundry was supposed to be was gone as was the washer and dryer. There were no bar stools at the sit up counter in the kitchen like there always is in other rooms - part of the reason we get a suite with a kitchenette. Typically we have had good experiences, but this year I was REALLY disappointed with the disrepair of the room. If I am paying close to $400 a night, I expect better. The parking lot is always over full with small tight spaces, so if you have anything bigger than a small sedan, expect tight parking with barely enough room to open your doors (this has always been an issue there though and something we simply deal with)."
"Overall, we had a good stay. The location is excellent, with incredible views, and the suite was comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen.
We booked the Classic Suite for five people and were a little surprised that there was no electric kettle and that the bedding for the sofa bed was not initially visible. We later found the bedding set stored inside the ottoman, so it may be helpful to have this information provided at check-in.
Unfortunately, we arrived around 9:30 p.m. and had to check out shortly after 9 a.m., so we didn't have much time to enjoy all the amenities the property offers."
"Hotel room was very spacious and clean . Pool area was very nice . Lots of parking but it was crowded so had to park and walk a bit . Great location ."
"We stayed at the base camp before but never knew about this hotel before, we loved our stay so much. We booked that room that has two beds and a pull out couch and it was super spacious, beds were super comfortable and the price was super genuine plus the staff is super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to everyone, super kids friendly too!"
