"Pet service was terrific, although we were not told about “pet area(s). We used and cleaned up after out pets on the boulevard in the parking lot. Other than that there was a quaint little off leash dog park nearby on Bernard Ave. We were grateful to have been at your hotel for a medical visit at KGH and had to bring out dogs. Thank you so much, we would select your site again. "

"We had a lovely room with lake views and near the main lodge. It was very tranquil to sit on the balcony overlooking the lake with a coffee. Food and service at dinner were both great. The lake is breathtakingly beautiful and it was lovely to wander with no day tourists. Canoeing on the lake was a great experience and much cheaper than at nearby Lake Louise. "

"Loved the pool area and the cabana. Wasn’t happy that our room wasn’t properly cleaned. Pop cans and spilt pop all over the living room floor. Popcorn in the hide a bed and foot stool, plus in the kitchen area. Informed the front desk "
