"Bathroom mirror did not work. The TVs are older. Pool Lights do not work. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness the staff did make up for those things. Pool and hot tub were awesome and I have to say the black makeup towel was awesome. I normally bring my own. Suite size was awesome! Kitchen awesome! "

"Loved our stay! We came for CCMA weekend. We had requested early check in and we’re thrilled to find our room ready upon our arrival before noon. Very clean hotel, the restaurant was wonderful for breakfast, happy hour and dinner. Able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Pool was a perfect temperature. Starbucks in the lobby. Very friendly staff! Would not stay anywhere else when we return to Kelowna. "

"Good location. Can be a bit convoluted to get your vehicle into, as the access off the highway is congested. Room was sufficiently clean, amenities were in order. Took a few tries to get the room temperature comfortable, but then it held nicely. The continental breakfast was standard (in a very "meh" kind of way), but it was very busy, definitely try to hit it early. Staff were all lovely, check in/out were flawless, a good overall value. "
