"The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. "This hotel is really special. The staff is always smiling, very friendly and helpful. This is a dog friendly hotel. The rooms are very spacious and have lots of interesting amenities like Suanas, exercise equipment and huge balconies. Surprisingly a huge breakfast, dinner and parking were included in our room rate. I can't say enough good things about this property. I highly recommend "
