The property was great with contemporary design inside he room and good mountain views. The breakfast was delicious with great selection of food. However, I found the dining menu underwhelming and the food didn't taste good.

There were renovations going on. Which would have been nice to know ahead of time. However the biggest disappointment was the quality of the food. We ate in the bar area and the food was terrible. The bruschetta was a slice of white bread with tomato sauce on it. The salad was missing the topping and had lettuce and vinegrette only. Their instagram is full of posts about gourmet food. I felt fooled. And no mention of their Reno’s even on their instagram. Location was great and rooms clean. But don’t recommend eating there.

The suite's decor was beautifully serene and it smell wonderful. The view was spectacular and the the fresh air felt good in my lungs. The use of the spa, Jacuzzi sauna and steam room. What's an amazing experience. The wait staff was friendly, kind, and efficient. We only spend 2 days there and hope to be back very soon.

Amazing hotel. Great stay, comfy bed, big room. Close to everything. The pool and sauna are amazing and we loved that they took reservations for the hot tub and outdoor area, we were able to enjoy it all to ourselves. Would stay again, hope to be back one day.

Couples Dolomite visit

There were recommended local activities and hikes which were amazing. There was also a jacuzzi and sauna to use. The breakfast bar was extensive and very good.

Definitely book this hotel

Incredible hotel, would 100% recommend. The jacuzzi looking out at the dolomites is truly special, all the spa facilities were amazing. The restaurant dinner was outstanding, the menu changed daily and the food quality was Incredible. The rooms were huge and the added outside private seating was also a nice bonus. The staff were really helpful and nice.

Stayed at X Alp Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean, convenient, and packed with amenities. The jacuzzi was a highlight, especially on chilly days, with amazing views to enjoy while soaking. Breakfast was delicious with attentive staff. The hotel is just a short walk from a beautiful stream, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The lounge with a small fireplace was a cozy spot to have a drink at night or even work during the day. Only downside was the in-house restaurant for dinner, which was just OK, but overall, a great stay!

This hotel and facility is really nice. The manager was fantastic. And one of the reception female staff was too. However the other female staff with long brown hair was not a friendly person and the word that starts with a B...best describes her behavior. Very unwelcoming. The room is really nice. The buffet breakfast very nice. The restaurant was okay with few options for vegetarians like us. We ate there for the first night, after that we went elsewhere so we would not have to repeat our dinner from the night before.

Staff were all good except the dining staff who were very rude and careless. To be fair, two were so bad and rude and one of them (name Jalal) was good. This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was simply perfect, surrounded by beautiful mountains that made every morning feel special. The on-site restaurant was amazing, with mouthwatering breakfast options and plenty of variety to choose from. Housekeeping was top-notch; they changed the bedsheets and towels every single day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. But what truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Especially Davide at the front desk and Arif at the Restaurant . I’ve honestly never experienced such warm and genuine service anywhere else. I already miss this hotel and the wonderful team that made our stay so special. Highly recommend it!
