"Stay in the hotel was nice, we stayed two nights.
Overall the service was great and staff was helpful. However the staff has very limited English skills, so the communication was fairly limited.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the savory choices available were very limited, and just mainly sweet things were there. Also, when they ran out no-one brought more of them. So just a note, don’t go for late breakfast or might be that all has ran out. 😔"
"We chose the property over others for the air conditioning which didn't work. Otherwise, an interesting property w very nice staff, especially I. The restaurant "
"Everyone at this family run hotel was so helpful and kind. The food was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel has a very modern feel. I would definitely return! A convenient walk to Lago d Santa Croce"
"It is an old fashioned, an "retro" hotel. The staff, however, made up for the outdated decor. They were excellent. The food was also quite good. All in all, good value for money.
The big negative is a really slow, almost unusable WIFI. So, if you go there and want to use WIFI for business, do not stay at this hotel. While there is free public parking nearby, the hotel does not offer parking and you may find yourselves fighting for parking space, as we did."
"Enjoyed my stay, great location. Around a 15 minute walk from downtown Agordo and the bus autostation bus depot. Views even better than expected, would stay here again-Thanks"

"We loved staying at this hotel. It’s a 25 minute drive from Cortina city but the location is very lovely and quaint. The staff (servers especially) are wonderful and my husband said the pizza was the best he had in Italy (we ate pizza every day for 2 weeks). They offer gelato and there’s a cold spring water fountain across the road from the hotel, but if you’re anticipating wanting other snacks, best to pick up when you’re in a bigger town / before you head back to hotel."
"We stayed here so we'd have a pool for the kids and could be away from the busier city areas. They had a very convenient parking lot right next to the hotel which was also a big plus. The pool is clean and beautiful and the views from the rooms and the lobby and the dining area are just as good! We never felt crowded or busy, it was a very calm and relaxing vibe.
We had one minor issue and one medium issue. Minor issue was that the Wi-Fi network only worked in the lobby and did not work in our rooms so when I was trying to get some work done that was not convenient. The other issue was the temperature in the rooms… Technically the rooms have air-conditioning but there isn't enough power in the hotel to run them properly so for two of the four nights we stayed the room was uncomfortably warm and my whole family was sweating in the middle of the night."
"Excellent Hotel! Best of my 6 week trip so far. Every staff member we encountered was 5 star good! So professional!
The hotel is top quality on every level.
"
"Excellent property. Excellent location at the summit of a breathtaking pass. Close to many interesting hikes. Exceptionally friendly staff. Great breakfast and dinner."
"Hotel, everyone and everything were top class
Alberto was so welcoming and made sure I had a great room with a fantastic Mountain View. Dining was very good and the waiter service was 1st class. Better then so called top restaurants
A little remote but the quiet and the drive there was great.
I will hopefully come back 1 day"
