"The Kimberly is beautiful, and the staff was so friendly. The person at the front desk doted on my son and gave him a little Kimberly branded teddy bear keychain, which he loved. The rooms are spacious, very well appointed and comfortable, and close to many great food options. We especially loved breakfasts at the penthouse-level restaurant, with its amazing view. Could not recommend the Kimberly enough. It was terrific."

"The Citizen M is a spotlessly clean and bright hotel with great staff and an amazing interior. It's steps away from. Broadway and Times Square. I'd definitely stay again. Love the iPads in the rooms to control lights, temperature, blinds etc. A great place to stay!"

"We would stay again, BUT check-in was 4:00 PM, we could not get in to our room until 4:35. There was no clock in the room, no cups in the bathroom and only one bathrobe. since we were only staying one night we did not notify the staff. The cups provided for coffee were paper in spite of the fact that porcelain cups were shown on the website (we hate paper cups for hot drinks).The staff were very pleasant and friendly, and the Wheel Tapper Pub was great."
