"Excellent location and great service "

"a cleaner knocked on door and asked if I needed anything done - I said not body wash, etc., in the shower dispensers and she fixed that plus cleaned room very nice. TV didn't work. Floor of shower slippery."

"The plus point about the property is its location. It is located in the heart of Manhattan, New York. Most s of the places including Times Square is at the wakable distance. The property should work on cleanliness.... There were spiders in my room during my stay at the hotel.."

"The location of this hotel was perfect. The size of the room is larger than what we were expecting for being located inside of New York City in Times Square. The breakfast food was nice and the basement floor had breakfast area as well. The staff was most helpful at all times. The elevator was not a problem - new age elevator - which in our opinion made things easier than stated in most reviews. The a/c could not be turned down lower than 68 degrees - we kept the curtains closed to keep...

"We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and clean and even though we were next to an elevator we didn’t hear it at all. The staff were great. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Herald Square/Macys flagship, the Empire State Building, and Times Square and easy access to public transportation via the subway. Would definitely stay again. "

"I found the Stanford to be perfect for my one night stay before heading out on a cruise. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. I arrived well before the allotted check in time, but they gladly stored my luggage, gave me recommendations of where to eat, gave me a coupon for a bakery down the street, and I went on my way to explore. They also stored my luggage after checkout since I wasn’t scheduled to arrive at the cruise terminal until midafternoon. The location is SO...

"Amazing location and room! Only downside was waited 45 mins for check in, only 1 person working the front and dealt with this 1 person in front of me for 45 mins. Felt frustrating but everything else was perfect!"
