Very small rooms if you are more than 1 traveller. “Fitness room” was a treadmill and a couple barbells. No dining options on site. Rude front desk workers Location felt like a dirty alley with garbage and homeless packed in front all hours of day and night.

BED BUGS, BED BUGS !!! Do not stay here. I stayed for one night only to discover a huge huge hugggge Bed bug in the bathroom. I told the manager Wilmer and he was nonchalant and did not apologize! This is completely unacceptable. I demanded a refund and was told they have to do an “investigation”! I told them where to find the bug and I have pictures too ! They offered to wash our clothing however that doesn’t help with our luggage which is unable to be washed as they are too big!! Also we had to wear clothing for the day which could not be washed either !!! They had us return after 2 hours to retrieve the clothes , which completely inconvenienced our day !!! When we went back to the hotel after a few hours , they put our clothing back in the same contaminated plastic bags that we gave them in !! Rosanna was the manager who handed us our items !! I told her these are now contaminated again !! Why would you put clean clothes in the same dirty bag that could have bed bugs and there eggs in !?!?! She said “ well I wasn’t the one who washed them” … so rude , horrible customer service . We had to throw our clothing away as we did not have another 2 hours to wait, $300 worth of clothing!!! we live 4 hours away and had to go !!! and get on our bus . I am livid !!! If i brought bed bugs home with me there will be more problems and i will be contacting Hilton and Expedia again.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean though view was not the best and needed to keep blinds down. Overall was blessed with hotel and would book there again in the future
