"I had to move from another location last minute and was very pleased when I arrived. The room was much nicer. My air conditioner was not working and I called at midnight, not knowing if anyone could fix it that night. But I was happily surprised that they were able to have someone take a look. To top it off…he was able to replace the entire ac unit for me in a very short amount of time. That was awesome!! Happy in my cool room again!!"

"What I did not like was that on the Expedia website/app under the Fairfield fine print of hotel changes it stated I would be charged $50 per stay, per accommodation but was charged $100 for my 1 night stay. I feel this information was misleading. The elevators were not in proper working condition for it to be a hotel of many floors with many guests. One kept coming to the ground floor, wouldn’t open & go back up several times while the other would just take long. Rooms were comfortable & decent....
