"We selected the property as it’s close to a park and in a less congested area. The lounge areas are comfortable and well used. The restaurant, breakfast buffet and bakery were great. The raisin bread was such a nice treat. The room was small but we managed. More hooks on the walls would be helpful and allow you to unpack more comfortably. We would recommend a stay at The Knot. "

"The property is slap bang in the middle of the vibrant noisy area of kabukicho shinjuku , but when you enter the hotel it is the total opposite, quiet and peaceful, the staff are friendly and helpful , the hotel is very clean and well looked after , The rooftop spa/onsen baths was a big plus to this hotel , nothing better after a long day of sightseeing to get back and have a soak in the mineral spring hot baths . i would stay here again when i next visit , thankyou 😁"

"Room was a nice size. Good selection of amenities (toothbrush, razor, cloth, hair brush, slippers, etc). There was some scuff marks on the wall and stains in the carpet, but it still was really clean. Breakfast was simple. Used the laundry and expected there to be soap for purchase but didnt see any. Overall great value and cllae walk to the stations and Shinjuku. "

"We paid for the corner room with a view and really enjoyed the hotel. The building also includes Hotel Bellustar which had several nice restaurants to choose from. We walked the area at night and never felt unsafe. The mornings in Shinjuku are very quiet but the nighttime is not. The Hotel groove restaurant and bar had a DJ on Saturday night - very fun."

"Walls are quite thin so can hear people in hallways and in their rooms. On the 31st floor can hear rhythmic sounds through vent throughout day and night - - sounds like either a washing machine or dishwasher. Quite annoying. Other than that, breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable. The welcome gift was a nice touch. Great view from 31st floor. "

"We ALWAYS stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay every trip to Japan! The BEST STAFF & Hilton Hotel! We love it there! The staff is always so friendly & helpful! Having stayed there numerous times, we have made friends with some of the staff members! The rooms are big and very clean! Comfortable and it is not your typical Japanese Hotel room. Very spacious. All I can say is LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hotel & their friendly staff! We will be staying there again on our next trip to Japan…hopefully soon! 😊"
