"Overall everything is quite dated: furniture, bathroom is still using shower curtain. The ceiling in the room has some black moulds. The whole hotel needs to be renovated and upgraded. At its rate, it is not value for money. "

"Beautiful hotel in a fabulous position in Singapore.. we had a room in the south tour and upgraded to a Fairmont gold room … which included use of the gold lounge with happy hour 5.30- 7.30 free food and drinks! And a lovely breakfast. On checkout day we were able to use the lounge until we left 👍 the view from the room (2331) was simply stunning."

"Probably the best location in town, a superior quality throughout. A view from the room onto the Singapore skyline can only be beaten by the negative edge pool experience on the roof. The service and facilities are immaculate; there is breakfast with Asian and European options; and if the menu at roof-top Lantern (a must experience) is not vast enough, you can order from other restaurants. Unbelievable experience, we will be back!"

"Park view suites are spacious and tastefully designed. Staff, without exception, are friendly, efficient , highly professional and always happy to help. Hotel has great facilities and is very centrally situated , in the heart of Orchard Road. easy access to all major areas by bus, MRT, taxi, or walking depending on where you want to go. Have stayed multiple times and will not hesitate to stay again. Happy to recommend. "

"Easy sheltered connection to millenia walk, marina square and suntec city. Room is bright and relatively spacious. Only negative is that the bed feels slightly hard for me."
