"Overall everything is quite dated: furniture, bathroom is still using shower curtain. The ceiling in the room has some black moulds. The whole hotel needs to be renovated and upgraded. At its rate, it is not value for money. "

"The check in process was extremely slow. Waited 25 mins to clear 2 people in front of me. Sound proof is poor. Could hear people talking at the corridor and disturb the sleep. Room is clean and staff service is very good. Area is super convenient. "

"Wonderful upmarket hotel in a great position by the river and so close to MRT. Central to everything. Handy supermarket and pharmacy across the street. Water pressure and bed was 10/10. View from my room was amazing, especially at night. Highly recommend!!! Rafie at the door ea especially friendly and helpful. "

"Beautiful hotel in a fabulous position in Singapore.. we had a room in the south tour and upgraded to a Fairmont gold room … which included use of the gold lounge with happy hour 5.30- 7.30 free food and drinks! And a lovely breakfast. On checkout day we were able to use the lounge until we left 👍 the view from the room (2331) was simply stunning."
