"This property is overlooking the falls, it is a great location near the horseshoe falls, right at the incline railway to the table rock. Others have mentioned that this location needs upgrades, sure that means its a dated hotel in appearances, however this hotel if all the upgrades were completed your looking at upwards of 500 a night. "Staff was amazing, the parking on site is around $45 per day and $30 a day for parking off the property 3 minuets walk, also on site parking can get filed up so there is no choice but park off site and walk back… and still $30, little overpriced. "

"The scent of the hotel was remarkable. Also there's so many things to do around the area and you don't even have to leave the building. The whole block is connected so you can get to different restaurants, shops,arcade, the casino across the street all while staying inside. A few cons: room was dusty on the headboard and there was a hand print. Some hair on towels. Not all the rooms have a microwave, fridge, an office desk and trashcans which isn't right. "
