"Everything about our trip was great the location of the hotel cleanliness and all round was great. But the only thing that we found was the elevators were very slow. Often times we found ourselves having to push the open button or push the closed button because the doors would not move. Other than that everything is excellent "

"Bed was hard and creaked so loud every time you moved. Pull out sofa was softer, if you can imagine. Uber couldn’t find the place the construction was terrible. "

"On our last night there was a major issue with the AC - extremely loud rumbling sound, almost had to raise voices to hear each other. The solution was to send someone within 12 hrs. Woman on front desk basically said we were too light sleepers and that she can sleep through anything. No apology for inconvenience or anything. Eventually we were offered another room. Otherwise, we are huge fans of the Sonder!!"

"The area around the hotel is a bit of an eyesore, and there was a slight lingering smell in the hallways, though the room was fine. Huge, clean and modern rooms, very nice. Definitely deserves its high rating overall, would return (though I'd like for them to identify what the smell in the hallways was and deal with it)."
