"Everything about our trip was great the location of the hotel cleanliness and all round was great. But the only thing that we found was the elevators were very slow. Often times we found ourselves having to push the open button or push the closed button because the doors would not move. Other than that everything is excellent "

"I liked my room and it was clean for the most part. Cushions on the couch needed a good cleaning as they smelled like old sweaty head. I also noticed under the bathroom cabinet had tons of garbage and dust bunnies (oops!). The tv app was a little buggy ( and I had to remove other people’s Prime accounts — lucky for them! "My stay at the embassy was good overall. the room was very clean and comfortable we had a rest full night. the staff was friendly at checking time and was helpful in a number of ways. I had some miner ups and down with the parking and going in and out of the property not knowing how to get out without paying again for parking. I asked the front staff who then informed me to use my room key and then drop them into the drop of box, however the box was not mark or label, so this was a bit up...

"The area around the hotel is a bit of an eyesore, and there was a slight lingering smell in the hallways, though the room was fine. Huge, clean and modern rooms, very nice. Definitely deserves its high rating overall, would return (though I'd like for them to identify what the smell in the hallways was and deal with it)."
