Hotels with parking in Ontario

"We didn’t like that our original room as it had a dirty mark on the duvet, the drapes on each side were hanging down (I got up and fixed them) and the sheers had a tear in them. They did solve the problem quickly and immediately switched us to another room. The second room was a larger version of the first one and everything was fine. Both rooms had a lot of stains on the carpets but they were clean. We have stayed in numerous hotels in Niagara in various price ranges but we find this...

"We had a great stay. Receptionist's Rica, Lizza and Roselle were very accomodating and happy to help. The room we had was spacious and very clean. Breakfast is also decent. The only comment I have is you need to have more patience in finding their parking. Other than that highly recommended."

"The views are amazing. The room was a great size with a king bed in it. Loved the jacuzzi bathtub. Loved everything about the visit. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t say anything other than I was surprised you had to reserve a time slot. But, that’s not why we didn’t use it, we where just busy doing all the other fun stuff that’s nearby. "

"Fire alarm went off at 430 am and of course we had to evacuate. 1 elevator was broken. Condition of room- little bit of a mildew smell(probably due to jacuzzi) wallpaper peeling behind tv,damaged blind beside tv and privacy screens had water staining. We did like the room and had a good view and it was cleaned well by housekeeping however it did have those issues. Lobby bathroom was dirty when i used it in the evening however in the morning it was clean. Outside had cigarette buttts lying...
