"We didn’t like that our original room as it had a dirty mark on the duvet, the drapes on each side were hanging down (I got up and fixed them) and the sheers had a tear in them. They did solve the problem quickly and immediately switched us to another room. The second room was a larger version of the first one and everything was fine. Both rooms had a lot of stains on the carpets but they were clean. We have stayed in numerous hotels in Niagara in various price ranges but we find this...

"Excellent staff"

"We loved our stay! The staff was super friendly, and it was in a great location - nice and quiet away from the busy touristy area but still walking distance to a few attractions and close to the parks. The wego stoops very close to the hotel which was convenient. The hotel is older and in need of updating and repairs, but good for the $$. The breakfast was ok. The shower was tiny, but our room was bigger than we thought. Overall a great stay!"

"Fire alarm went off at 430 am and of course we had to evacuate. 1 elevator was broken. Condition of room- little bit of a mildew smell(probably due to jacuzzi) wallpaper peeling behind tv,damaged blind beside tv and privacy screens had water staining. We did like the room and had a good view and it was cleaned well by housekeeping however it did have those issues. Lobby bathroom was dirty when i used it in the evening however in the morning it was clean. Outside had cigarette buttts lying...
