"We didn’t like that our original room as it had a dirty mark on the duvet, the drapes on each side were hanging down (I got up and fixed them) and the sheers had a tear in them. They did solve the problem quickly and immediately switched us to another room. The second room was a larger version of the first one and everything was fine. Both rooms had a lot of stains on the carpets but they were clean. We have stayed in numerous hotels in Niagara in various price ranges but we find this...

"We enjoyed our stay-the bonus of a balcony & view was nice.The Quality Hotel staff that we met were all very friendly and welcoming. When we mentioned a plumbing issue they were happy to be made aware it and went to address it immediately. The room was unique, in a positive way. The one negative might be that much of the structure seemed outdated/aging (Honestly, some putty, paint, screening, rust remover, etc would really make a huge difference, especially for a longer stay.) "We loved our stay! The staff was super friendly, and it was in a great location - nice and quiet away from the busy touristy area but still walking distance to a few attractions and close to the parks. The wego stoops very close to the hotel which was convenient. The hotel is older and in need of updating and repairs, but good for the $$. The breakfast was ok. The shower was tiny, but our room was bigger than we thought. Overall a great stay!"
