"The views are amazing. The room was a great size with a king bed in it. Loved the jacuzzi bathtub. Loved everything about the visit. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t say anything other than I was surprised you had to reserve a time slot. But, that’s not why we didn’t use it, we where just busy doing all the other fun stuff that’s nearby. "

"We didn’t like that our original room as it had a dirty mark on the duvet, the drapes on each side were hanging down (I got up and fixed them) and the sheers had a tear in them. They did solve the problem quickly and immediately switched us to another room. The second room was a larger version of the first one and everything was fine. Both rooms had a lot of stains on the carpets but they were clean. We have stayed in numerous hotels in Niagara in various price ranges but we find this...

"Great hotel. Would stay here again. Only negative was that we paid for Valet and could not get a hold of anyone for assistance at 7 am for checkout. No one at front desk either. Were told by two employees the night before just to call 4009 in the morning. "

"Overall a very good and fun stay for the entire family. The room was definitely over priced as Insaw prices coming down couple days earlier to check in. Last minute notice was given that we cannot use balcony due to construction. The check in was skow and the tags were faulty twice so had to make new tags two times. Besides these issues, the place is great snd prices for food and deink are very resonable. The electric car charging although was 4 hours it wasnt implemented as i saw same cars...
