The property was close to restaurants and the movies, it was 5 minutes away from our vendor show, the people working there were very nice and the rooms were very nice.

The rooms were very nice . The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was included with the room and it was amazing. Most places don’t have the variety that Hampton inn and suites did. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms is your standard room, nothing spectacular. The beds were bouncy and you could feel springs poking in you as you slept. No towel hooks in the bathroom for wet towels or bathing suits. The pool is small, water coldand over chlorinated - your eyes burn within minutes of being in it. The children had a blast on the water slide tho! The hot tub was dirty. The hot and cold breakfast was great! We had requested an earlier checkin due to having to go to a funeral, and had been advised they would be ready for 1pm. We arrived at 130 only to be told no rooms were ready, after explaning somebkdy had told us the night before they would be ready - withing minutes a room was magically ready. Overall, we wouldnt choose this hotel again.

We had an amazing time with the kids at the Hampton inn & Suites Saint John what a blast between the pool , water slide , hot tub and complimentary breakfast it’s a must try !
