This hotel located by Ikebukuro station where offers many amenities and easy to anccessing everywhere Tokyo, Yokohama, and more. I love to stay this hotel next time in Japan again. "

"The room was very comfortable and large by Japanese standards. I stayed in a Premier Grand floor and enjoyed the extra amenities and the lounge which offered a nice quiet breakfast area. The other breakfast restaurants are full and have lines to get in. The staff was very professional and warm."

"Only bummer was not being able to go out and see the Godzilla. It’s been closed since November last year and is still, so if that’s the reason you wanna book- don’t. Otherwise, amazing hotel and the proximity to shinjuku station is UNBEATABLE. Night time is busy and not very kid friendly but also not obscene. Also the breakfast buffet was great — I wish I could get the recipe for their croquettes "

"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."

The rooms are beautiful, cozy, and have beautiful views of the property. The staff is wonderfully attentive and beyond helpful. This is a must stay place if you are visiting Tokyo."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Otani Garden Tower. The staff was very kind and helpful. The Gatdens were better than I had imagined. Our room was clean and spacious. Plenty of restaurant options either in the hotel or within walking distance. My only criticism is that the bed was a little hard for my personal preference. "
