Our room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked really well in our room, but the hallway was quite warm. The rooftop is really amazing too, there’s a great view of the city and the One World building. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we were able to drop our bags off early and leave them there after we checked out. It’s a great place to stay if you’re going to MSG, it’s a less than 10 minute walk. Also super close to Times Square and lots of good restaurants.

No onsite parking. Air conditioning unit in the hotel did not adjust and our room was quite warm (in August in NYC), and did not find staff to be very helpful. Rooftop bar was nice and staff up there were great. Food was good. Reasonably priced for portion sizes. Great snack with a great view.

We enjoyed our stay at Cambria Chelsea. Location is right in the middle of everything and very convenient. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. Staff was great and extremely helpful. Rooftop bar had a nice happy hour and the view of the city was really nice. The rooms aren’t huge but spacious enough for 2 people (we didn’t spend too much time in the room anyway). The bathroom also isn’t that big, but again, it’s enough room to do what you need to do. Loved that housekeeping came daily and supplied us with everything we needed as soon as we called. I’d definitely stay here again.

The property was in a good location, close to Madison Square Garden and accessible from public transit. It seemed somewhat well maintained, the room was clean. The downside was that when we checked in, there were multiple people waiting for their room to still be cleaned. There was a trainee at the counter who charged me an additional incidental hold though it had already been charged a few days prior. The computer system supposedly conveniently crashed at the time of our check in and made the process extremely long. They wrote the wrong room number on our keys and could not open the door. To find out we had been given the wrong room number and then the door keys had supposedly stopped working. Every time we wanted to go up the elevator to our room, a man had to assist us in the elevator and into our room. It gave us a very unsafe feeling as we were traveling as a group of females. We were not compensated in any way for these inconveniences, excepted they offered us each one water bottle. Quite disappointed in the stay.

I had a great stay at the Cambria Hotel. The room was very clean, quiet, and spacious, making it easy to relax. The hotel’s location was excellent and convenient, and the price felt fair for the quality. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again.
