Room was clean, bed was comfortable, had an issue with the TV and a technician came and resolved it, staff was friendly, nice little bar in the hotel and the food and drinks were good... they have happy hour too... breakfast buffet was decent and fully stocked, location is perfect... 2 minute walk to MSG, Penn Station and Amtrak... less than 10 minutes to Times Square... it's a shared microwave on the 1st floor... I would definitely stay here again
