I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past year. The front desk staff and check-in are always good.
During this stay, however, there was a day when housekeeping failed to come to the room, even after I alerted front desk staff. Expecting daily housekeeping is a low bar. The Hilton Garden Inn failed on that score.
