"Mar 14, 2024 our room had a rancid smell through the vent. Our used glasses in the bathroom were not replaced until I called housekeeping to replace it. Buffet breakfast was excellent although I’m not used to our server handing out bill check before we even took our first bite at breakfast. Housekeeping services need improvement. I will definitely come back because of its luxury rating. But I hope our room won’t have that rancid smell of vinegar next time. All in all it’s accessible to...

"I love staying here with the family except for this time. They gave me a room facing the Pasig river where you could hear the jeepneys and motorcycles 24/7. Did not get to sleep! Aside from that , everything was top notch. You shouldn’t miss breakfast at Prologue"

"A repeat stay for us – good aircon, good wifi, spacious, nice spa offering massages at reasonable prices on the 3rd floor, fairly good breakfasts, reasonably quiet (by Manila standards). Water dispenser in the room is much appreciated."
