"THERE IS hardly and almost NON HOT WATER in the room, bathroom door did not closed and lock, air condition very good, among others negative things that are bringing down my favorite hotel, like we registered 2 adults and 2 kids that we paid for they gives one room and only one bed, we requested xtra bed they want to charge $1000 for it so on, finale they gave us a different room 1 xtra bed no charge, we were short in towels etc. I just hope that the quality improves"

"We arrived at the property on 2/11/2024. The location was gteat for our needs however, the property is run down and filthy. We had cockroaches and the towels were grey old and tattered. Something you would wipe your car with. This property serves as a temporary home for some student from dental school across the street.I will never stay here again!"
