"The Riviera Mansion Hotel in Manila is a very good hotel. The property around it is not. A short walk to the mall (Robinisons) made me and my wife feel unsafe. Lots of beggars, people sitting on the sidewalks etc, The only problem we had with the hotel was with the cafe. Some of the food simply did not taste good. The hotel was a very good stay. I will stay again when I have the opportunity But I wont walk to any other place again I'll take a taxi"

"I've stayed here many times as it is my go-to hotel in Manila. I asked for airport pickup and they were there for me. Property has shuttle to SM MOA which is great in the hot/humid weather. Check in and check out were fast and efficient."

"Only one elevator working so there was a long wait to go to your room. The streets were full of homeless people, and the alleys were dark and dirty, and there was not enough parking space so I had to park on the street about a block away, I had to pay for the street parking. The checkout process was ugly due to making you wait for the room inspection and I had to leave because we were running late for our NBI appointment, I had to argue and had a confrontation with the security. I paid my dues...

"Second time to stay at the Skyloft (first in December 2018). Logistics is/was important to me and the hotel is right across the UST hospital which has access to the university, and is in the heart of Manila. 5-minute jeepney ride to SM San Lazaro. Was very impressed with the service on this second visit - the staff and security were very courteous and respectful. Unfortunately, as with most buildings in the Philippines, the property deteriorated fast. I had a smaller but very similar room...
