"We stayed here after spending the day at Rulantica. It was very close to the park. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and our kids enjoyed all the games. Breakfast was fine, though I wish the rooms had a coffee maker in them. Would stay again. "

"Our stay was comfortable and we found the rooms to be very modern and clean. Breakfast is just OK and a bit repetitive after 3 days. The staff are friendly and the location is super close to Europa Park which is what we needed. Food options are limited but if you drive to neighbouring towns there are decent restaurant choices. The major negative for me is not having daily maid service. I do understand the environmental benefit, but after 3 days we really needed fresh towels. You have to ask...

"Upon entering our room, we were welcomed by a cloud of old cigarette smell I requested a NS room. Someone before us dod not bother to go by the rools I went to the receptionist who was very apologetic and gave us a different room. I am very grateful for her help to change the room for us. "

"The rooms we got were very small but they made the space work. Also, one of the few hotels in the area with connecting rooms so that is what we did. We booked two rooms and requested connecting rooms because we had small children. They accommodated our request and the connecting rooms gave us a larger space to work with. The breakfast spread was great. The hotel parking was limited but there was plenty of street parking in the vicinity. There was also a Kaufland supermarket and restaurants...

"The hotel is within a 2 min walk to the tram. Also 5 min walk to the bridge that takes you to France and a 10 min tram ride to Switzerland. I highly recommend it. Shopping and dining are also in the immediate area"

"There was no AC, pathetic breakfast and dirty carpets. They even charge for the bus/shuttle service and the theme park is not on walking distance. It should not be even one star hotel "

"Excellent location. Supermarket, tram station, train station, gas station everything is within 200m - 400m distanc. Property is squeaky clean. Good heating system. Limited but wonderful breakfast options (it can also be complimentary based on room reservation type). Hotel staff speak German and English(some speak French too). Had a wonderful stay."

"The good : The hotel is very close to local public transport both trains and buses. Also close to several restaurants and Coffee shops. The breakfast was good with a variety of options to get you ready to start the day. Size of the room was adequate and the bed comfortable with clean sheets. The bad : Mainly two things , 1. The parking area is only available for a very few cars but they advised us to use the train station free parking across the street. 2. We reported a foul odor coming from...

"Great central location. Gives the vibe of a Mom and Pop operation. No A/C, but the rooms have fans. Priced well. Clean rooms. The only available parking space was underground and expensive. There are no laundry facilities, only the usual laundry services. I walked to a nearby laundromat. All good otherwise. "
