I have been staying in this hotel for over 20 years and the recent refurbishment has made a big difference to the rooms and the beds. I recommend this hotel for location and comfort and the lady who does the breakfast service is always happy to see you. Only downside was after more than 20 years loyal custom I asked for the first time for a late checkout to 2pm as I had some phone meetings and a late flight home. Alas the hotel would not grant this request and it was not allowed which was disappointing.

Great central location. Gives the vibe of a Mom and Pop operation. No A/C, but the rooms have fans. Priced well. Clean rooms. The only available parking space was underground and expensive. There are no laundry facilities, only the usual laundry services. I walked to a nearby laundromat. All good otherwise.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Allerdings ist das Hotel an sich - trotz Renovierungsversuchen - in die Jahre gekommen, besonders das Badezimmer. Beide Abflüsse waren leider verstopft.

Leider hat uns das Hotel nicht überzeugt. Es ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend mal saniert werden. Außerdem war das Zimmer schlecht oder teils gar nicht geputzt. Muffig roch es auch noch. Die Heizung ging im Zimmer leider auch nicht. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist begrenzt und das Personal überfordert. Das Parkhaus ist eng und wie das Hotel ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen, außerdem teurer als bei der Buchung angegeben. Die Lage ist ganz gut.

Room booked was "Superior Doppelzimmer" but we did not that room. We got one of the "studiozimmer" which was spacious enough but the bed had a night stand only on 1 side. And we had to ask for the 2nd room key (we booked for 2 people). The location of the hotel and the parking make this hotel more convenient for us. The center is an easy walk of a few minutes and it's usually very quiet. Note: No AC and No mini fridge.

Das Hotel ist sauber aber es mangelt an der Erhaltung der Zimmer, z.B. schlossen die Fenster nicht richtig, der Lichtschalter am Zimmereingang funktionierte nicht oder der Duschkopf lies sich nicht feststellen. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße/Fußgängerzone und in kurzer Entfernung zur Innenstadt. Parkplätze sind in Umgebung kein Problem. Ich würde das Hotel trotz der Mängel nochmals buchen.

A hotel close to the city center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, as well as the bathroom, however the shower can be a bit cramped up. Other than that, a nice stay

Hotel recht zentral gelegen, Zimmer ausreichend groß und einigermaßen sauber. Mülleimer im Bad war nicht geleert. Bett etwas hart aber trotzdem bequem. Hotel wird aktuell renoviert, bei meinem Aufenthalt hat das gesamte Gebäude entweder nach Farbe oder Verschmortem gerochen, nicht gerade angenehm. Kundenservice eine Katastrophe, keine Antwort auf Emails bezüglich früheren Check-Ins, am Telefon wird man nur angepampt. Letztendlich ist ein früherer Check-In nicht möglich, da an der Rezeption nur eine Dame von 14-22 Uhr vor Ort ist und wenn man anruft geht lediglich eine Zentrale ran. Würde definitiv kein zweites Mal in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Das Hotel bietet keine eigenen Parkplätze an. Von der Rezeption wurde uns ein öffentlicher Parkplatz für ca 30€ am Tag einige Gehminuten entfert empfohlen. Wir hatten in Seitenstraßen ( 9.00-20.00 uhr nur für 2 Stunden möglich) oder bei c&a geparkt. Parkhaus c&a kostet nur ca 15€ am Tag.

Charme der 80er

Leider hat das Hotel meinen Erwartungen aufgrund der Bilder und Bewertungen nicht entsprochen. Mein Zimmer hat stark nach Rauch gerochen. Deshalb waren wohl auch alle Fenster offen… Der kleine Heizkörper ein Relikt aus den 80ern. Entweder heizen und ein lautes Rauschen oder halt kalt und leise. Im Badezimmer viel die Türklinke ab… Abfluss mit Haaren verstopft…. Abluft mit Flusen versehen… Tür- und Wandfarbe an einigen Stellen abgeplatzt…. Alles in allem ganz schön abgewohnt. Das Bett war aber ganz OK. Leider ist die Rezeption nicht dauerhaft besetzt. Deshalb eine Reklamation nicht einfach möglich. Bei der Abreise habe ich die Mängel bemängelt. Immerhin kam als Antwort ein Oh, Entschuldigung.
