"The hotel entrance was lovely..the walk to the room was concerning.. the hallway had DIRTY SHAG CARPET THAT WAS PEE STAINED FROM DOGS !!! .. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.. but lots of damage on the floors ( suitcases, dogs ? … it could have been cleaned up ? ) … Our room faced the road that all the deliveries were received very noisy early in the morning on the weekdays. The beds were comfortable and room was well equipped. "

"This is a beautiful property in a picturesque location. I stayed for one night in a single room which was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The staff at check in were friendly and knowledgeable, giving restaurant recommendations in the area. The area around the hotel is beautifully landscaped and perfect for strolling The breakfast buffet was incredible! Many different options all perfectly displayed. I highly recommend and would stay here again when in the area "

"Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."

"This was a frustrating stay. I booked my hotel room last minute in a location near a festival. What attracted me was the room size & kitchenette. When I arrived, I asked whether I could use my Miles&More number. I was told to do it at checkout. What I was given looked nothing like what I'd booked. It was small, dirty & stuffy w/ dust everywhere & stains on the furniture. No kitchenette, no fridge, etc. I called a hotels.com representative & they let me know my room could be changed the next...

"Theme hotel very impressive. Good comfy rooms. Lovely hot swimming pool ! Word of warning the steam room / sauna area area naked zones- which i didn’t use as i would want to have my swimming costume on. "

"We enjoyed out stay - we loved having breakfast in the Bodega room! Bathroom a little small though . Disappointed that Europapark doesn't have more items in their stores that relate to the country they are representing though. That would really enhance the experience....."
