"The hotel entrance was lovely..the walk to the room was concerning.. the hallway had DIRTY SHAG CARPET THAT WAS PEE STAINED FROM DOGS !!! .. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.. but lots of damage on the floors ( suitcases, dogs ? … it could have been cleaned up ? ) … Our room faced the road that all the deliveries were received very noisy early in the morning on the weekdays. The beds were comfortable and room was well equipped. "

"Had a lovely overnight stay here. Room was comfortable and the food excellent. The staff were friendly and the only tiny thing that I could complain about was the requirement to sit for breakfast where I had been seated for dinner, instead of another table where I could have enjoyed the view."

"Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region."

"This hotel is fantastic. The decor is based on the book The Little Prince by Saint Exupery, and there are pictures of him on the side of the building, on the walk way at night as well as framed pictures of various characters throughout the buildings. The beds were rather hard, but the decor in our room was stunning. The tile work in the bathroom, the pillows coordinated with coverlets, a separate couch area with a very comfy couch, lovely high ceilings with decorative crown molding, All that...

"We enjoyed out stay - we loved having breakfast in the Bodega room! Bathroom a little small though . Disappointed that Europapark doesn't have more items in their stores that relate to the country they are representing though. That would really enhance the experience....."
