What an amazing hotel. The highlight is the onsen, absolutely incredible. They have 2 onsen rooms, male and female. Both rooms have 2 onsens, indoors and outdoors, as well as a sauna. Wasn't informed pool indoor pool would be closed during stay. Also cleaners lost medication for my sister that made her sick for trip. Little to no compensation was offered, disappointed.

Food was expensive and not good quality. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Minimal ventilation in the room, very hot. Much more strict tattoo policy than was stated on the booking info. Bus to Tokyo station was convenient and affordable
