Really enjoyed my view on the 36th floor , beds were so comfortable to sleep in . Breakfast at the cafe on the top floor was so good too !! Happy with our choice here

I got allergic reaction to the food at the restaurant even after I told them I was allergic to soy sauce kitchen still put soy sauce in the rice and I was very sick for days. The server seemed to take it very seriously but obviously the chefs did not care enough to change anything

Actual king beds that were comfortable for a firm mattress. The garden outside the hotel is very nice. It was quiet and clean. 10-15 minute walking distance to Shinagawa station, which is one of the better stations to navigate. It is an uphill walk to the hotel. Front desk was kind.
