The stagf service was putstanding. Maiko was vwry helpful and the roo. Was well maintained by housekeeping. Locatio was aottle far. Maling chauffet service wouldbe a benefit

The rooms were very comfortable and had everything you could want. Quiet, nice bed, extremely helpful staff, easy access to everything you might want to see in Kyoto.
The hotel is on a side street off a main shopping street, so it's very quiet, but close to the action.
Very nice breakfast in the restaurant on the second floor.
My sister-in-law lost her phone in a Tokyo train station and the staff at the hotel even went above and beyond trying to help get it returned.
