no ac, lots of train noise, and noisey neighbors. Bed was broken. no communication, parking was expensive and blocks away.

Terrible experience and bad customer service

The apartment has no air condition requiring keeping windows open slightly for air. Because the build is very close to a very noisy/busy train station we could not get any sleep for all the nights we stayed. Every 5-10 minutes trains go by rapidly making a lot of noise. The train station is only one stop away from Zurich HB. The apartment has no coffee maker or a toaster although mentioned as having kitchen. Electrical outlets have problems; sometimes don’t work. Refrigerator and microwave oven share the same electrical outlet. Bring your own multiplexer.

The place next to train station has no double glass window ,it’s very difficult to sleep, TV not working, sofa cover not clean.

Works for the price. Some reviews are overly showing this in bad light, but it's close to a railway station, so easy for transportation. The area is slightly shady but there are kids playing around and it's still very safe

The property itself was in a very convenient location, close to local trams, trains and buses. However this unfortunately made the room very noisy with the doors open, if there was air con in the room we wouldn't need the doors open. But unfortunately it was far too hot to keep them closed. The check in was a nightmare, as we were told different things by different means ie our email confirmation said one thing, the automated voice message for the building said another, and when we finally got through to a human he said something else. So check in itself took a good 30 minutes. Room was pretty much what you'd expect for the price, but the electrics were pretty questionable and the pillows felt like a pillow case full of cotton balls. Pretty much definition of 'you get what you pay for'.
