No heater or hot water. It was snowing and I was freezing in the apartment. Terrible communication and no one talk to to fix the issue.

The people from Livingdowntown Apartments are very professional and kind. The Apartments are cozy, clean, well equipped and in area near the city center. I rightly recommend it

Good idea. Needs a bit more work

These apartments are reasonably priced and reasonably located. They are within easy reach of public transportation. Where it falls a bit short is the condition of the apartments (they are clean but they seem to be in need of maintenance; things have started falling apart). One of the biggest issue is parking: they did not advertise properly that they only have 2 parking spaces for 12 or so apartments. So I had to scramble to find a place to park the car. The staff on the phone was not helpful, suggesting me to get a local parking permit form the police (not an easy task when you don't speak German and arrive late in the evening). There is a public parking 200 m up the road; I used that (quite expensive but no other choice).

I did not know how to go in the apartment as there was nobody there only a machine. It did not take my booking reference for some strange reason and I had to call on the phone to find out what the problem is. It should be made more easier and made sure that the booking reference woks that one gets from the booking confirmation. I did not get any receipt yet after almost 5 days of having paid for the Hotel and I am still waiting for it as well. I wrote chat to the Hotel place and I did not get any answer on it. This 3 service points have to be improved.

Tried But Found Lacking

Had 11 nights at this apartment with all but the last 4 having the shower almost unworkable. The last 4 nights the shower was repaired. Even though clear for 2 people only one chair and one coffee cup on arrival (did provide extra the next day). Management altered locks without notice and waited 1 1/2 hours to get in on 9th day.

Too many little problems with no staff present

To get into the apartment was a problem. The code did not work. Calling the number on the door resulted in no answer. Eventually after a lot of waste of time someone answered and said what to do. No remote control for the TV in the room. An iron was in the room but no ironing board. And there was no staff in the building you could turn to for help... When I put my laundry into the laundry machine, it got stuck and required hours of back and forth with the staff to get someone to get it out (not clean). So overall too many points to make the stay pleasant.

Not in downtown. Very noisy. Right next to tram and bus line and main road. Noisy all night. No fan or a/c had to leave the window open as it was a very stuffy room. Charged 25 francs per day to park next to the building! It was even a very unused place and they would have been out nothing if they provided it free. Problems getting checked in. No on staffs the building.

Very nice apartment with very bad wi-fi

This place has automated check-in machine but the confirmation# does not match with what expdia gives you so you have to call to get a new confirmation# to go in. The apartment is very modern with good appliances. However, very bad internet connection. If you need wi-fi whatsoever NEVER EVER go here!! Anyways except for the wi-fi everything else was good
