Location was great, rooms were dated, not the cleanest or comfortable I have been in. Defenetly not a repeat for me

Near the train station, airport, Altstadt, restaurants, supermarkets, stores. Lovely comfortable hotel rooms. Front desk staff is helpful and pleasant except for 1female front desk staff who looked nonchalant and not smiling. Enjoyed our stay at hotel

Location is strong plus point. Reception area rather small. Reception staff excellent and helpful.
Areas that needs to be improved:
1. Domestic staff - poor service in rooms
2. Beds - uncomfortable mattress

Everything inside this hotel very old elevator rooms but some rooms is it fix it not all the rooms but the housekeeping is very very very bad not cleaning very well and you keep your blanket 3to 4 days is not change it not clean the bathroom the first bed of this hotel housekeeping, and very old hotel to elevators small only for 2 person maximum 3 person.. the best of the this hotel location only without location I think this hotel nobody come
