Perfect location, east access from the train station and lovely restaurants just around the corner. The staff was super nice and helpful. Would love to come back again.

Breakfast is vegan-ish, but we managed to have a good breakfast daily. great location for walking, shopping, etc. Zurich central train station is a short 5 min walk. 1 minute from local train junction. staff was great, room was spacious. would stay again.

The hotel is really close to Zurich HB which makes it really easy to go around Zurich as well as any tours from Zurich. Area near hotel has tons of restaurants and shopping. Rooms are decent. We had a problem with our bathroom drain which caused a lot of spillage. Staff tried to help but kind of punted that it can be cleaned and fixed next day only. This was disappointing and we had to make do with towels on the floor to clean up. Seems like they don’t have much housekeeping staff beyond the day time.

Our room has this spectacular lake view, it’s just phenomenon! The staff was so friendly and helpful as well, highly recommended this hotel!!!
