The hotel and staff were perfect for our overnight stay before a flight back to the US. Essentially on the Zurich airport property connected by a shopping mall. Very convenient. There is one IMPORTANT thing to note when checking in - the Hyatt Place hotel at Zurich airport does NOT have a front door accessible to a drivable street- in other words there is no “street address” usable by GPS to have you arrive at the front door and essentially no easy way to unload bags from a car. We drove around in circles trying to find the front door. I would recommend clearer instructions from the Hotel for first time visitors who are not familiar with the charming feature of a front door that is only accessible from an indoor pedestrian mall.

Facilities in the room was sufficient. The air conditioning is a little weak. The reception staff - very friendly, helpful, lovely people. The whole experience was pleasant. Keep it up and thank you.

5-8 minute easy walk from airport and train station with luggage. Very quiet and we had an excellent buffet breakfast. We received a very pleasant happy greeting on arrival.

There is no car drop-off at the hotel. You get dropped off at Hyatt Regency and need to walk 10 minutes in the elements, with several elevation changes, to get to the hotel. We were soaking wet when we got there—no help with bags to get there or the airport. The room itself was fine. The restaurant was expensive. $90 for two hamburger/fries 1 water 1 Coke.
