Very nice accomodations
Posted 19 Nov 2022 on HotelsVery nice stay, just like last time I was here. Only complaint is that the ID scanner couldn't read my ID so I had to enter my details manually. Not a problem just a little inconvenient.

Check-in any time!
Posted 7 Sep 2021 on HotelsThe check-in automated machine was good, I'd rate it 95%. My only problem was a delayed reaction to my signature which caused me to "X" out of the screen which dumped me back to the start screen. Then I had to go through the check-in process again. It also caused a double charge to my credit card which was almost immediately refunded - that made me VERY happy. The room was clean and very modern. It's close to the train tracks but I was exhausted so the noise didn't bother me.

Toatlly self service accommodation

Room is OK, but the door of the bathroom is glass.
Self help croissant and drinks for breakfast.

Good location - convenient to train station. Safe neighborhood. Quiet room. Comfortable mattress. No microwave. No front desk staff. I had difficulties with the self check-in.

The check in by Anita and her general helpfulness was superb. She truly cares and your stay at the Villa Filaus. Also she is very informative on what to do. The location near the promenade and other facilities is excellent.

Great Hotel
Posted 22 Jul 2019 on HotelsExcellent place, rooms were big and i was lucky to have a balcony, the weather helped as it was hot.. no air con which is a dissapointment but the balcony helped leaving the door open. Church next door so be ready for the bells. Clean hotel and staff are friendly. Short walk to bars and shops. Tea and Coffee available all day downstairs near reception. More like a 4 star. English channels available.
